The Natoma Company manages approximately 2,600 units of individually owned investment properties, as well as syndicated properties. Currently, The Natoma Company manages apartment communities in the greater Sacramento area and surrounding foothills. The Natoma Company has established a sound reputation for exceptional service in the rental market, increasing property values, renting up of new projects, control of expenses, and rehabilitating existing properties. The Natoma Company was recently rated in the top 10 property management firms by the Sacramento Business Journal.
The company has managed all types of properties and has extensive experience with receiverships and REO’s. By utilizing flexibility and by customizing our services, we are able to fully meet the individual needs of our clients.
Currently, The Natoma Company has three full-time property managers on staff. While each property is assigned a specific property manager, The Natoma Company utilizes an overall team management approach in order to take advantage of each property manager’s area of expertise. Their individual areas of strength include the fields of marketing, budget preparation, and risk management. Regularly scheduled meetings are conducted with on-site personnel on these and other topics. The property managers are backed by an experienced support team, which includes top-level property management assistants, administrative support, and a fully staffed accounting department.
